Monday’s theme dinner: New Age Wettles

The All Seasons Colonial has developed a new Island Style dinner, which will be a feature in every Monday night, for groups or independent travellers.

A modern take on the traditional island dinner where the spirit of Norfolk lives on.

This sumptuous 5 course family feast utilises the best local produce available to create a dining experience not to be forgotten. By combining time-honoured island favourites with modern flair our team of chef’s have created what is now called, ‘New Age Wettles’.

After successfully running our traditional island dinner for a number of years we decided it was time for a change. This is the only island dinner on the Norfolk that operates every single week. To this end, we have utilised some of the original recipes of the Pitcairn people who were brought to Norfolk on the 8th June 1856 and combined them with the fabulous local produce that this South Pacific Paradise has to offer.

All of this combined with special entertainment by our local Musician’s and Island Dancers all embody the true spirit of Norfolk Island and its pacific heritage.
